Jonathan Henreckson

Jonathan Henreckson earned a Bachelor of Music degree with a minor in Theatre from Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, MI in 2018. He followed that degree with a Master of Music in Choral Conducting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in May of 2023.
Jonathan previously worked as general music teacher from 2018-2021 at Mystic Valley Regional Charter School in Malden MA. He then spent two years working as a Choral TA at UW-Madison from 2021-2023, working with 4 different choirs as section leader and assistant conductor. Jonathan will start his northern Colorado career this fall as Director of Choirs and Musical Theatre at Ascent Classical Academy of Northern Colorado in Windsor.
